Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns Policy 

We hope you will enjoy our product but if in the case an exchange or return is desired, please email us at paradostango.com@gmail.com with your invoice order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. 

Para Dos will accept an exchange or return of a purchased item within a period of 10 working days from date of reception, provided that the item has not been used or damaged in any way and remains in new condition. 

All items to be exchanged and/or returned must be shipped at customers' own expenses within 10 working days - counting from the date of reception. All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged with all original packaging and shipped back to the following mailing address in Taiwan:

For exchanges, Para Dos will cover the shipping of the new item back to the customer. 

For returns, refunded amounts will be credited back to the account in which the purchase was made from within 10 working days of reception of returned package and inspection of condition of returned item.

Please note that Para Dos reserves the right of refusal for exchange or refund if the item is not returned in the same new condition as received, including all original packaging.
