Shipping Policy

We will normally ship out our merchandisebetween 3-5 working days after receiving an online order. Exceptions occur whenorder is received during holidays and or other unforeseen circumstances.Shipping is arranged Monday to Fridaybetween 9:00-18:00.  We are unable to arrange deliveries on weekends or holidays.

In the event that we receive a high volume of orders during holidays and weekends and /or any unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur for delivery.

For those that choose Delivery to Door, please note all deliveries are based on the routes made available by the chosen delivery service carrier.

For convenience store pickup (available for Taiwan only), please take note that pick up of your package is best completed within seven days of receiving the SMS from convenience store.  In the event that the package is not picked up during this time or for elongated times, we are not responsible for any possible loss or damage to your package.
